Your first visit

Merski Dental is located just north of the intersection of Pine Avenue and East Grandview at 4404 Dexter Avenue in Erie. When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms. If it is more convenient, you may download and complete our health history form prior to your visit.

Your initial appointment will take approximately one hour. We will provide an evaluation outlining your existing dental needs, a preventative care schedule and a proposed treatment plan.

Nervous?

It is common for a trip to the dentist to be accompanied by feelings of anxiety, but at Merski Dental, we work with each patient to provide the most comfortable visit possible. If you are “scared” of dental work, let us know so we can discuss options for a more comfortable visit.

Payment options

We accept cash, checks, credit and debit card payments and offer other financing options, including a no-interest payment plan.

Insurance Information

We accept all insurance, and participate in many plans. If you have any questions, our staff is always available to answer questions and work with you.

Cancellations

While we are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, we appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
